XMAs brief was to equally showcase 4 separate contributors, whilst maintaining the umbrella brand of XMA.

It was decided to keep the space open, with as much free flow areas as possible to promote traffic and to create a small journey through the stand. Areas for Microsoft, Apple, Google and Viglen were all given equal occupancy and were positioned to be seen from all angles, whilst the XMA brand sat taller.

Various engagement areas were included such as a large format video wall, 3d printing demonstration and sphero interaction table. Whilst clients were invited for private demonstrations’ in the semi-private meeting rooms. The overall look of the stand was playful to address the nature of the show itself and to reinforce the brand.

“I came to Formation with a brief to deliver a large stand at the BETT Show. I regularly offer the project out to tender and were surprised when Formation came back with a design that needed such minimal amends. They really took everything we had asked for on board and compared to other competitors, they were by far the most cost effective, for such high-quality results. Having said that, the project management they delivered was what really differentiated them from their competitors. Always making sure I was happy with all aspects of the design and build; my project manager had a solution for every problem and allowed me to feel totally at ease every step of the way. The relationship I have built with Formation, alongside the quality/cost of what they can deliver, is what has encouraged me to continue working with them in the future. ”
